DavisCollege Transition Year students gained national coverage for their innovativeandheartfeltcampaign on TV3 this  week.Barry O'Neill in 5th year and his YSIteachersKathy Kilgallon andSiobhan Murray were interviewed on Monday7th Nov by the Ireland Am team.Their "Forget Me Not" campaign raises awareness for missing people in Ireland,provides supportfor families of the missing and raises funds to continue to search for those who are missing. It has recieved much support since it began in September 2010 and Michael Deely the father of missing Kildare man Trevor Deely joined them on theshow to commend them on their initiative. The topic of Young SocialImnovator encourages students to be ac tive citizens within their community by identifying problems in society and suggesting solutions. Given the interest in this campaign to date, ourstudents have had many fantastic opportunities topromote their interest in this issue.
